Nimira graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. She has been practicing in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood ever since. Nimira uses a variety of hands-on techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle stripping, and trigger point release to assist the patient in their healing process, whatever the concern may be. Nimira has experience in treating a variety of conditions ranging from headaches and chronic postural concerns to sprains and strains.

Prior to being a massage therapist, Nimira studied human kinetics at Langara. Her fascination with the human body and interest in sports motivated her towards a career in massage therapy.

Lauren is able to direct bill to SunLife, Pacific Blue Cross and various providers through Telus Health (Manulife, Chambers, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance, Equitable Life).

Treatments over 60 minutes are available. Please connect with practitioner first.

Lauren is an RMT who completed her training at Langara College. She is also an SFU Alumni (BSc Kin).

Her personal experience with sport and work related injuries allows her to understand the impact that manual therapy has on recovery and wellness. As everyone’s experience is different, she supports patients toward their unique goals through personalized treatment plans, education and movement. She is committed to welcoming every patient into a safe and inclusive space.

Her manual techniques include the use of traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization and stretching.

Colleen has been practicing massage therapy in Vancouver since graduation from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995. Since that time she has continuously upgraded her skills and knowledge with a variety of courses and workshops, striving to practice evidence -informed massage therapy.

Before becoming a RMT, Colleen worked as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, preschool teacher, care aid for adults with special needs, and a special education assistant with the Vancouver School Board. It was through seeing the positive effects of touch in children with autism that started Colleen on the path of massage therapy.

Easton Graduated In 2005 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

Easton likes to use a variety of techniques that integrate your bio-feedback to optimize functional movement, linking a combination of myofascial release, joint mobilization Cranial Sacral and trigger point therapies. I believe that our responses to treatment are not always one and the same and tailor the approach based on individual responses.

I have a holistic approach to therapy and am interested in working toward giving you the tools necessary to better manage your pain. I look forward to discussing how to integrate complimentary exercises to help you restore functional strength and movement.

For the past 7 years I have been working with pre and post operative top surgery patients to restore optimal range of motion. As a transgender person I am able to provide gender affirming body positive care for other transgender people.

Stephanie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. She has experience treating a wide variety conditions from sports injury, occupational fatigue, stress, stiffness, pregnancy, car accident rehabilitation and assisting in optimizing physical performance of athletes. She uses ongoing evaluation of clients and tailors a treatment plan to meet individual needs. Stephanie believes that massage therapy can have a positive impact on all levels of health and wellbeing.

Isaac graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. He bases his treatments on his patients’ needs and goals. Isaac integrates a wide range of Manual Therapy techniques and remedial exercises to insure his patients get the most effective results. He also understands the benefit of relaxation and stress management. Educating his patients about their biomechanics and movement is also an essential part of his treatment.

In his spare time, Isaac is an avid runner, climber, cyclist, and mountaineer.
